We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the app (payments, maps, notifications), under strict contracts.
Buddy Junction is for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

You retain ownership of the content you post (profile photos, bio, activity descriptions, messages). By posting, you grant Buddy Junction a non-exclusive licence to display that content within the app as needed to provide the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or harm other users. Pending payouts to a suspended host will be processed per applicable law. You may delete your account anytime (subject to pending-payout clearance).
Buddy Junction is a platform that connects users; we do not participate in the in-person activities themselves. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from user-to-user interactions or user-hosted activities. Use common sense, meet in public, and trust your instincts.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
