Delete your Buddy Junction account

You can request deletion of your Buddy Junction account and its data at any time — even if you no longer have the app installed.

Request deletion by email

Write to support@buddyjunction.com from the email address registered to your Buddy Junction account.
Use the subject line Delete my account.
We verify that the sender owns the account, then permanently delete it within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's done.

No email app on this device? Copy the address instead:

Requests sent from an address that doesn't match a registered account can't be verified — we'll reply and ask you to write from the email address you signed up with.

Or delete your account in the app

If you still have Buddy Junction installed, you can delete your account directly: open Profile → Settings → Delete Account and confirm.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

Your profile and account details
Photos you uploaded
Activities you created or joined
Invites sent and received
Chat messages
Connections with other members
Location data

What is retained

Transaction and invoice records are kept for 8 years, as required by Indian tax law.
Moderation records are kept to prevent abuse of the platform. They are stored unlinked from your profile and cannot be used to identify you publicly.
